I spent six years working in disability support services, from volunteer to qualified professional (Fachkraft für Eingliederungshilfe), while completing my B.Sc. in Psychology. I know the daily reality of social-care organizations not from requirements workshops, but from my own shifts.

Again and again I saw the same thing: software bought for administrations that doesn't work for the people who use it every day. Error-prone spreadsheets, systems that don't talk to each other, and documentation duties that eat time instead of ensuring quality.

So today I build exactly the tools I was missing back then: data pipelines, AI integrations, and interfaces shaped by real daily work, not the other way around.
